Yeah, every now and then I look around for wordpress templates. My problem is that I get bored with everything quite quickly and even though I have a nice collection of premium stuff I still search around.
The other thing is that my perception of whats good changes and thing I considered neat and simple or functional, now they look blunt.
O the other hand I love the back end simplicity, if the theme takes a long time to set up or tweak I consider it a waste of time. It’s worth for a few page representative websites, to make a visual impact but other than that I think a theme should be super easy to set up and tweak.
I stumbled (again) onto http://www.stephenweb.com/ with supposedly free wordpress themes. they may be free on the front page but other ones link to paid stuff. Still you can find a few good ones and nice looking too in there.
I like the choice of colors and good layouts, functionality too as I usually need to fit tons of info on the front page. I used a medical theme a few years ago and that’s how I now discovered this website.
Any way I just thought I’d write a post in case I forget where I found those themes.
